Neighborhood Corps will be activated by DC Citizen Corps. During all emergencies, DC Citizen Corps works closely with the DC Emergency Management Agency and all the District agencies involved in emergency response. If activation is necessary, DC Citizen Corps will communicate the information by phone, text message, and/or radio to the Neighborhood Corps members.
