WiSACWIS embodies the “Wisconsin Model” for documentation of CPS cases. Therre are two options for documentation in Initial Assessment. One option includes a Clinical Risk Assessment and the other option includes an Actuarial Risk Assessment and a Family Strength & Needs Assessment.
