How will NBLC’s finances work over the next two years?
The Voters approved the Mission & Ministry Plan (budget) for next year. It includes salaries for the new Associate Administrative Pastor position and allows us to transition from a Youth Intern position to a fully-salaried Children’s/Youth Ministry position. As in the past at NBLC, all of us will have an opportunity to commit (pledge) to our part of the Mission & Ministry Plan. We will also each have opportunity to commit to our part in the potential purchase of the land.
