How will my Settlement Award be paid if I file a valid and timely Claim Form?
The Settlement Award shall be paid in the following form: approximately twenty-five percent (25%) (in an amount of at least ten dollars ($10) and in an increment of five dollars ($5)) in the form of a gift card, and the remaining approximately seventy-five percent (75%) in the form of a check. The gift cards are fully transferable, have no expiration date, are subject to any concurrent benefits that may apply, such as employee discounts, and are subject to the benefits of California Code of Civil Procedure section 1749.5.
