How will my salary be affected if I begin employment after the first day of the fiscal / school year?
The salary on the Information Management schedule is based on 12 months of work. If the first day of employment is after the first day of the fiscal year, the total annual salary from the salary scale is divided by 246 days and multiplied by the actual number of days the employee will actually work. The salary is then divided over the remaining months the employee has to be paid.
