How will my interaction with SouthEast Telephone change?
Your interaction with SouthEast Telephone will essentially stay the same. There are however, two significant changes, first you will only be able to access the account using a PIN and your account will be restricted to those we have on record as being authorized to access your account. Access to your account by PIN is required by the FCC CPNI rules and cannot be waived. However, in these times of ever increasing identity theft and fraud it is important to properly protect your account information.
