How will my expression ship if some letters were positioned off the MyDesign Suite screen when I ordered it?
As you design your expression, be aware that what you see in the MyDesign screen is what will be shipped to you. If the letters of your expression have dropped off your selected accessory, you may want to adjust the text size and/or font to ensure that your expression arrives whole and fits the accessory when you apply it. If the letters have dropped of your blank surface, try adjusting the surface dimensions. The dimensions remain the same when you switch from an accessory to the blank surface option, so the size may be too small for your existing wall or door.
