How will my customers know when their TRIBrewards account has been credited?
Points will first appear within the Transaction History section of member accounts under Pending Transactions 5 to 20 business days after the transaction. Points will convert to Active status between 2 and 60 days after appearing as Pending, depending on the individual return policy of the Merchant Partner. The Merchant Partner name will appear next to the number of points awarded. Members also receive monthly electronic account statements summarizing their point earning and redemption activities during the previous month. If a member does not see their points awarded within 20 days of their qualified transaction they should contact Support@tribrewards.com.
