How will Multi-Factor change the way I log on to home banking?
Heres how it will work: 1. Type in your Account Number and Access Code as usual. 2. Next, choose an Image that you want to appear each time you log on to home banking. Please note: there are several pages of images from which to choose not just the ones you see initially. 3. Then, type in the customized phrase you want to appear each time you log on to home banking. 4. Finally, answer three challenge questions. Its important to select questions to which you can easily remember the answers. One of the three questions you select will appear each time you log on to home banking. If you and a spouse share access to the same account(s), then you may want to pick questions he/she would know, or share your answers with your spouse. Please note: The answers you type in are case sensitive. Please keep this in mind when using capital letters and numbers to answer your questions.
