How will meter reading errors be identified when using the spreadsheet for submission?
If you submit meter readings for less than 200 machines the readings will be processed ‘real time.’ Potential errors will be identified on a subsequent web page and you will be asked to make corrections, if needed, or confirm the submitted meter readings by selecting ‘submit’ again. Submission of reading for more than 200 machines will be processed off-line. If errors are encountered, a customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days for resolution.
