How will messaging to first responders and their families be provided?
First responders will receive messaging from their employers and public health authorities where they work. Health care delivery is a provincial responsibility. Emergency response such as police, fire and ambulance services are typically provided by municipalities or in the case of rural areas, by provincial authorities. These jurisdictions have developed their own pandemic plans and employees can expect to receive messaging provided by their employers.
