How will MDS techs know when to maintain, repair or replace equipment?
MDS will contact your department technician and schedule time for initial assessment of, and determine service intervals for, installed AV equipment. MDS will monitor and develop service intervals based on projector lamp hours, control system data and physical inspection of AV equipment (wear/tear). Initially, quarterly maintenance intervals are planned. Important: MDS reserves the right to access the room for AV equipment maintenance without notification any weekday from 6am to 10pm. If you require formal notification prior to equipment service or repair, please provide current and, as needed, future contact information along with room schedule information. Note: this additional requirement may delay response time for repairs or maintenance.
