In responding to this question, States Information System Strategic Plan is interpreted to mean the LCB Information System Strategic Plan. In the LCB Strategic Plan, customer satisfaction, LCB accountability and profitability are listed as goals. The MBS replacement was identified as one of several strategies to be accomplished in support of these goals.
