How will lot owners and condominium unit owners control expenses in the master community and condominium community?
All owners (whether lot or condominium unit) will be granted one equal voting right at the annual general meeting of the master homeowners association. The master homeowners association board of directors will comprise three developer representatives and two owner representatives. Condominium unit owners will vote separately in their condominium annual general homeowners association meeting with respect to condominium common expenses.
