All products sold to a Preferred Customer are recorded via InlinkOS. Once the product is sold to a third party an Authorised Contractor can be assigned via InlinkOS. This product will then be recorded as covered by warranty. Any products installed by an unauthorised contractor will not be covered by warranty. Any disputes that arise from unauthorised installations will be between the Preferred Customer and their client, not Loksa.
