How will local residents be affected by construction?
For several years, some local residents have been affected by odours associated with the Lakeview Wastewater Treatment Facility. With the expansion, the existing technology is being replaced with more efficient technology that will minimize odours being experienced in the community. Unfortunately, there will be some unavoidable noise, dust and disruption as a result of traffic associated with construction workers, equipment and materials.
