How will local church leaders know about R2101 and “get on board” with us?
a. For 2009 Conference leaders will invite pastors to informational group meetings in various regions of the country for dialogue and information sharing. Some have already taken place and we have had good response. b. For 20009-2010 we will implement “key informer” and focus group approaches to listen to pastors and other members in order to make changes and learn how R2101 is being accepted.
