Where an individual may be required to submit documents or evidence as part of a disciplinary process, that material would normally be made public unless the discipline committee feels that it would be in the best interests of the public for it to remain confidential. Other than this, the public is not entitled to any other member information, other than that contained in the Register, which is open for public inspection unless such inspection represents a risk to the safety of a person. It is at the discretion of a member, that a member may choose to make additional information public as part of his/her marketing activity.
