How will LibQUAL+ benefit library users at UNA?
Collier Library is committed to providing excellent service to our users. The LibQUAL+ survey will help identify areas in which our users feel our services need improvement. The survey will also help the library compare its service quality with that of peer institutions, thus facilitating the development of benchmarks and promoting an understanding of best practices within academic libraries. By developing action plans based on information we receive from our users and from other LibQUAL+ participants we can be more responsive to our users’ needs and work to provide services more closely in tune to user expectations.
