Success will be a workforce that is truly representative of the population that makes up Lancashire. Success will be all sections of the community receiving help from Social Services. Success will be all sections of the local community having confidence that Social Services can provide them with the help they need. We have set ourselves recruitment and service take-up targets to measure success and through Life in Lancashire surveys we will get feedback from the people of Lancashire.
