Our Professional Services team partners with you throughout your system implementation — from the initial stages of understanding your needs and customizing an implementation schedule through taking your systems live. The Professional Services team uses a proven, repeatable methodology to guide the implementation process. We partner with your company and your designated Project Manager to successfully complete your installation, from scheduling each phase of the implementation through ensuring that your reporting needs are met. Together with your Project Manager, we proactively manage scope, status, issues, risks, and quality for the tasks and activities in each phase of the implementation: Project Kickoff, Installation, Data Conversion, Configuration, Training, Go Live, Reporting & Month-End Processing, and Project Closure.
