How will JACQA ensure that its advice on 14-19 qualifications does not have a negative impact on allowing progression to post-19 qualifications?
A. We are conscious of the need to ensure that learners can progress seamlessly from study pre-19 to post-19. Although there is a different process for approving qualifications for post-19 learners, we are working closely with colleagues in the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills to make sure that our approaches are properly joined up, and that there is no negative impact on learners.
