IT Community Generics puts a focus on competency-based learning and development. The competencies contained in each Job Competency Profile are supported by a set of observable, measurable behaviours that are like a “roadmap to learning”. Learning and development plans should address how gaps will be bridged between what is required on the job and what is actually demonstrated.
