How will it affect my route on to the Southern Industrial Area during construction?
The work will be contained on site and we have been careful to ensure traffic lights are not required at any point during construction. We schedule our lorries carefully to manage the number of lorries entering the estate during peak times. In addition, lorries will enter and leave with the natural flow of the traffic to ensure they don’t have wait to turn across oncoming vehicles. It will be necessary for us to close some pedestrian walkways, however, these will be redirected around the site.
