How will integrated processes make a difference in respect of children with complex needs?
Of those children with additional needs, a small proportion have more significant or complex needs which meet the threshold for statutory involvement. Hopefully, by using the common assessment framework by a means of early intervention, children who have additional needs will access services before they escalate to a crisis point.
