UND, WSC and NDSU grad students — 12-month employees: Since insurance premiums and deductions will not be taken on July 15th, a full month’s premiums and deductions will be taken from your July 30th check. You can determine what deductions you currently have by looking on your last paycheck stub. If you do not want certain voluntary deductions to be doubled, you may make that request in writing. Forms for making this request will be available after May 1. MaSU, VCS and System Office — 12-month employees (benefited hourly and salaried): A full month of premiums and one-half month of deductions/flexcomp will be deducted from your June 23 check. After that, your normal premiums/deductions will occur. All other campuses — 12-month employees: A full month of premiums/deductions (except for flexcomp) will be deducted from your July 30 check.
