How will incidents of violence be handled?
Although the great majority of guests willingly abide by the rules, a small number may have the potential for aggression. FACETS and County staff on site will be knowledgeable in how to recognize and effectively intervene in potentially aggressive situations before they escalate. There will be a protocol in place for responding to violent incidents that provides maximum protection for guests and volunteers. In the event that a situation escalates, FACETS staff or on-site volunteers may call 9-1-1 for police assistance.
