How will Incerts improve the lives of my classroom teachers?
Incerts will dramatically reduce the time that classroom teachers spend on some non-teaching tasks, which is one of the objectives of the recent Workforce Reform Agreement. If they have internet access, teachers can access the Incerts system from wherever they want to workâand they won’t need a copy of the National Curriculum documents beside them. The assessments of the Year 1 teacher can inform the planning of the Year 2 teacher at the start of the year. However, it’s at the end of the year that classroom teachers see the clearest benefit: with a couple of mouse clicks the system produces detailed academic reports on each pupil and loads them into Microsoft Word.
