A20 – The aggregated data will be used to support policy development and strategic decision making aimed at improving education programs, and to meet parliamentary reporting requirements. INAC will follow established business practices and will comply with appropriate privacy legislation (i.e., the provincial privacy legislation and the federal Privacy Act).
