How will implementation of the new National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) affect the General Conformity regulations?
In accordance with the implementation of the NAAQS, EPA will be making several minor adjustments to the General Conformity Regulations. For example, in order to match the revised regulations for ozone in the NAAQS, EPA might need to revise the de minimis level for ozone in the General Conformity Rule.
