0

IBM provides worldwide service and support for xSeries servers using 14 worldwide service support centers that are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. IBM is in the process of implementing a comprehensive worldwide CallManager remote support center and service/support strategy. This CallManager support center is anticipated to be available by the end of June 2001and will be accessible to a customer or end user by simply placing a service call to IBM. This will provide IBM maintenance customers a single point of contact for xSeries and CallManager “how to” and break/fix issues. The IBM CallManager support center will engage the Cisco TAC on an “as needed” basis for problem resolution.
