How will I use ThinkPad Protection for on campus service and repair?
IT’s Technology Support Center (in Jones Hall, Room 7) is an authorized Lenovo service center and students may bring their ThinkPads to the TSC for repair. Because IT has both technicians who are experts in repairing ThinkPads and maintains an inventory of spare parts, most repairs are complete within a short turnaround time. We have a goal of less than 72 hours for repairs to the ThinkPad. And, every repair (minus fire, flood, or intentional damage) will be covered by ThinkPad Protection.
