How will I use Dell CompleteCare for on campus service and repair?
IT’s Technology Support Center (in Jones Hall, Room 7) is an authorized Dell service center and students may bring their E6400 Latitude to the TSC for repair. Because IT has both technicians who are experts in repairing Dells and maintains an inventory of spare parts, most repairs are complete within a short turnaround time. We have a goal of less than 72 hours for repairs to the Dell E6400. And, every repair (minus fire, flood, or intentional damage) will be covered by Dell CompleteCare.
