• Signing in from a recognized computer: The next time you sign in to the computer where you have activated Sign In Protection, you will bypass the Personal Verification Questions and go directly to Online Banking. • Signing in from an unrecognized computer: When you sign in from an unrecognized computer, one of the 3 Personal Verification Questions will be presented to you at random. You will need to answer the question to complete the sign in process. • After answering the question successfully, you will have the option of selecting the computer as a recognized computer by selecting the box “Do not ask me questions at this computer”. The next time you sign in, you will bypass the Personal Verification Questions.
