How will I receive the sanofi-aventis Grant Agreement (SAGA)?
The Agreement will be sent to the grant applicant via email. The applicant is responsible for printing two (2) copies of the Agreement and obtaining all parties’ signatures, as well as returning both with ORIGINAL signatures, along with the current sanofi-aventis U.S. version of the W-9 of the grant payee(s), at least 21 days prior to the Activity start date. The Applicant will receive a fully executed Agreement for your files and your dissemination to all parties.
