How will I receive the Bank of America Visa Emergency Relief Cards?
The Bank of America Visa Emergency Relief Cards will be delivered via express delivery anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we cannot send Emergency Relief Cards to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses. Emergency Relief Cards cannot be sent directly to the recipient of the card.
