How will I receive a non-UPS able order, such as a chair mat or file cabinet?
Non-UPS able orders will ship via Staples fleet or a contract carrier. Typically, these are items that are larger than allowed under UPS guidelines, such as: furniture, chair mats and large white or display boards. When ordering any of these items or items in bulk quantity, it is best to notify your receiving personnel that we are making a delivery.
