How will I know whether Showtime Video has really received the disc(s) that was collected from me by a Showtime Video service executive?
Showtime Video service agents will update your “Rental History” at the end of their disc(s) pick-up cycles. You can view this update by visiting “My Account” section at the Showtime Video website. If the Title says ‘pending for pick up’ it means that Showtime Video would have not received the disc at it’s distribution Centre. If the movie collected is seen in the “Movies I have seen’ section, then we have confirmed receipt of the disc.
