How will I know that the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention has received my grant proposal?
Upon receipt of your proposal, the Wake to Wellness Project Director will send you a confirmation email indicating that the four copies of your application have been received. The Project Director will NOT be able to notify you if your application is incomplete or requires additional materials in this confirmation email, so please be sure to review your application thoroughly before submitting it.
