How will I know if UnitedHealthcare is receiving my claims?
Vendors and clearinghouses are responsible for reporting claim acknowledgements back to the submitter. It is important to work with your vendor to make sure you are getting all of the necessary reports, including the Payor acceptance report. UnitedHealthcare transmits an acknowledgement report back to the clearinghouse after each file is received. Your vendor is responsible for instructing you on how to receive these reports.
