If you use your Wildcard on the Villanova campus or at a participating Villanova merchant, the funds are deducted from your Villanova Wildcard restricted debit account. If you are using an ATM or if you make a purchase by swiping your card and entering a PIN, the funds are withdrawn from your Wachovia Free Student Checking account.
