Under the Performance Data Line, there is an area which would indicate: SANCTION: Type; Cancellation or Suspension; Ordered: from: / to: Type includes: “P” for plates; “C” for CVOR Certificate: “A” for operating licence; “O” is other and “F” represents outstanding fines.
