How will I know about upcoming business opportunities with the City of Annapolis?
All goods and general service providers are referred to the City of Annapolis Central Services and Purchasing Department. No formal application is submitted, however, a letter of interest stating the services and/or products you provide will suffice. Product line cards, company brochures, and other important information can be attached to your letter of interest. These letters are retained on file and are reviewed at the time of any applicable bid. Central Services and Purchasing maintain an up-to-date listing of current Request For Proposal (RFP) or Invitation For Bid (IFB) on the Internet. In addition, the City advertises in several publications to include: The Annapolis Capital, Baltimore Sun, The Afro-American, and the Maryland Register Contract Weekly. In addition, construction projects are sent to Dodge Reports and Construction Market Data/Blue Reports.
