How will I have the time to perform business functions and send order information to OATS?
In general, business can proceed as usual; for example, the OATS Rules do not change the amount of time allowed to write a customer order ticket or perform order processing. The rules do require that the business clocks firms use to record the times of market events be synchronized and that the times of OATS reportable events be recorded using hours, minutes, and seconds.
