Visa Bill Pay provides a list of participating billers on its site. You can find out when new billers join the service by clicking the ‘Biller List’ link on the Home page of the Visa Bill Pay Web site. This page lists all the billers that can be paid through the Visa Bill Pay service. Registered users who have opted to receive e-mail alerts will also be notified by e-mail when a new biller joins the service.
