How will I be notified that a CSI MasterCard payment has been assigned to the invoice?
(Click to See Sample Remittance Advice) A: You will receive a remittance advice via email. The remittance advice contains the last 10 digits of the MasterCard account number, along with the invoices being paid by that CSI MasterCard. When you first enroll in the program, you will receive a WELCOME LETTER email that explains the program details and provides the first 6 digits of the card number to keep on file. You will merge the 10 digits in the email remittance advice with this 6-digit prefix in order to process the payment.
