Answer… When WFC constructs a road or food plot on your property a price may be quoted to the landowner before the start of construction (the cost will never exceed the WFC quote) or the job may be done on a hourly basis, which ever the landowner prefers. once the job is completed the landowner is invited to inspect the project, when it meets with the landowners approval, the job may be paid for at that time or it’s cost can be deducted from the revenue from the timbersale when it is conducted, this helps keep the landowner from paying any out of pocket expenses!
