How will I be able to bring my passion & skills to Felicita?
Felicita is looking for teachers who enjoy collaborating, and for those who are looking to creatively meet students’ learning targets in relevant, integrated ways. Teachers who are passionate that content standards are best taught through great learning experiences, with assistance from textbooks, but not entirely driven by textbooks, will be right at home with Felicita’s transformation plan. A teacher with an interest and passion for exploring project-based learning (also known as challenge-based learning) over the next three years with a team of like-minded teachers will be able to bring those passions to Felicita. Staff will also be dedicated to students “owning” their own learning, actively making learning decisions, with the iPod touch mobile learning devices playing a big role in personalizing learning.
