When Process Flow is activated a notification will be forwarded to the employee’s HR office when the employee makes a change in self-service. Also, it is intended to develop message screens within self-service that will advise employees that the change may affect their benefits. In addition, it is planned for adoptions, births, marriages, etc. that the employee will be advised by a message screen that specific documentation is required as proof before the changes can take effect. The transaction will be pended until the HR office indicates that the required documentation is received and releases the transaction for processing.
