How will HIV infected inmates access PN assistance services in state prisons?
All inmates found to be HIV infected will be offered access to PN assistance services. This access will be offered whether the inmate tested with DOCS Medical Services, the AIDS Institute Counseling and Testing Program, or with a community-based organization that is part of the Criminal Justice Initiative sponsored by the AIDS Institute.
